Feeding Your Growing Baby: Starting Solids

for parent + their baby ages 0 to 12 months

After four to six months of settling into a breast/chest/bottle feeding routine, suddenly your baby is ready for food! This milestone, exciting for some and daunting for others, comes with lots of questions and decisions to be made. Join a discussion about the basics of feeding babies, including different approaches, and find clarity around what feels right for your family.
